Online Orders & Security:

To order via our web site, simply click the "Add to Basket" button next to the product you wish to purchase. You are able to continue shopping and add products. Once you are ready to "check out" and purchase the products you have selected click "View Basket".  You must be registered to purchase your selected items.  All payment information on the shopping cart is sent via a secured system.

Our checkout procedure operates on a secure server, this means that when giving your details, they are fully encrypted (security coded), and remain secure across the Internet and after they reach our order processing centre. Throughout payment and subsequently your credit/debit card details are encrypted to secure all your information from the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

A confirmation that your order has been received safely will be displayed on your screen a few moments later. You will also be e-mailed an order confirmation.

Telephone Orders:

Call us on 01963 251 899 to order over the phone. Office hours are 9.00 -5.00, Monday to Friday. Ensure that you have your card details ready. We accept most major credit cards with the exception of American Express.

Fax Orders:

Print out our fax form and fax it to us on 01963 251 881. If you include your email address on the fax order form we will email a confirmation of your order.

Mail Orders:

If you prefer to post your order, print out the fax order form and post the completed form together with your payment method:

  1. Credit/ Debit card details. (We accept most major credit cards with the exception of American Express.)
  2. Cheque or Postal Order- Made payable to Enjoyability Ltd. (Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear before your order is processed)

Payment Options

  • Enjoyability accepts credit card / debit card payments by most major cards with the exception of American Express.
  • You can also pay with a personal cheque, or cashier's cheque issued by a U.K. bank or Building Society.
  • All payments must be in GB pounds. Please remember that we must verify payment of orders paid for with personal cheques prior to shipping the products, this can take up to 2 weeks. Therefore, for the fastest service, we recommend paying with credit card, postal order, or cashier’s cheque.

Prices

All prices quoted are in GBP (£). All prices are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) where applicable. A processing, packing and carriage charge will be added to all orders. (Unless  otherwise indicated).This may vary depending on product mix, refer to delivery charges for more information. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on this Web site are accurate and correct, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a refund in full.

VAT

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Please Note that these products do NOT qualify for VAT exemption.

We aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum. The following delivery costs will apply (exclusive of VAT):

If a number of items are added to the basket the MAXIMUM DELIVERY COST  is  £8.50.  Orders to the Republic of Ireland and outer islands of Scotland may be subject to a small premium, should your order be subject to any additional charges we will always contact you for your prior approval.

Delivery Time

  • When we receive your order we will issue you with an order confirmation, together with an estimated delivery time. We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days from receipt of order, but please allow up to 28 days.
  • Goods are sent out on a 48 hour recorded delivery service.
  • If payment is made by personal cheque, goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared.
  • Next day delivery can be requested at extra cost, please enquire.

Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time within the cancellation period. The cancellation period begins on the day the order is placed and ends on the expiry of 7 working days after delivery. A refund will be given within 30 days of the goods being returned. Please note that you, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Our Refunds Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Enjoyability Ltd. That's why we offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on our products. If you return the product in “as new” re-saleable condition, in the original packaging, and we receive it within 30 days from the day that it was originally delivered to your address, we will refund the purchase price or offer a credit for the purchase amount if you would like to exchange it for any other product at Enjoyability.co.uk. NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping charges when product is being returned to Enjoyability Ltd.

To return a product, call our sales office on 01963 251 899 to request a "return authorisation number". Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm. Monday to Friday. Once you have the return authorisation number, re-package the product in the original box and send it to: Enjoyability Ltd, 10-11 Newtown, Milborne Port, Sherborne, Dorset. DT9 5BH. Please ensure that you include your name, phone number, return authorisation number, and original order reference number with your returned package.  For large Items, we can organise a courier collection at the cutomer's expense.

Goods returned in a non-saleable condition, as a result of customer use or neglect, will be paid for in full by the customer.

Our Refunds Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Notice of Damage, Defect, Non-Delivery, or Incorrect Delivery Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event upon receipt, the goods arrive damaged, incomplete, incorrect or there is a shortage against the quantities specified on the delivery note, notification must be made to us within 3 working days, quoting your order reference number and the delivery note number. (Tel 01963 251 899). We ask you to inform us as soon as possible so that we can resolve your issue ASAP. We may ask for a photograph of the damaged items to give to our insurers, who may wish to inspect them, so please hold on to the item and the packaging until we settle the claim.

In the event of non delivery of your order, if you have not received goods that you have ordered, please contact us. (01963 251 899) We usually deliver within 5-7 days, occasionally orders may take up to 28 days, but we will always give an estimated delivery time. If you have not heard from us within 28 days of your order, please give us a call or send an email to sales@enjoyability.co.uk, please quote your order reference number.

Guarantee

A standard 12 month guarantee applies to all items, providing that the item has been used in accordance with the user instructions and unless no unauthorised additions, alterations or repairs have been undertaken.

Fulfilment

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order after you have made payment we will refund the payment in full within 30 days.

Liability

We cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including account details or details you provide us when accessing or ordering from this site, unless this can be proven at law to be due to our negligences.
