Every Resistance Chair comes complete with four “Level 5” resistance cables attached as standard equipment. If you wish to take your fitness to another level, there are six different colour coded resistance levels available, from “Level 4” to “Level 9”. This allows you to adjust the resistance to suit your needs. Each step up in level increases resistance by approx 1.1kg( 2.5lbs). Cables are available to buy in sets of two OR the VALUE PACK represents a great saving, and provides 5 sets (pairs) of cables of each of the resistance levels excluding "Level 5". All cables have a foam handle grip making them easy to hold
